You can come along, either in person or via zoom, to   meet up and discuss how you would like help in a friendly and confidential environment.  We will also explain exactly how hypnotherapy helps and what’s involved so you can decide whether hypnotherapy is the best course of action for you without any obligation or commitment to continue.

Life can be very stressful. Unfortunately anxiety, stress and worry are all rather common complaints.  Prolonged periods of these symptoms upset our natural balance and generally lead us to anxiety, depression or anger or a combination of all three.

Fears / Phobias

You can experience fears and phobias about almost anything. Flying, snakes, spiders, crowded spaces, giving presentations, people being sick. You name it, someone out there somewhere will have a fear or phobia about it. So don’t feel alone if you have an unusual phobia. It probably isn’t as unusual as you think.

We all know the dangers of smoking, but unfortunately your primitive part of your brain doesn’t. The Anti Smoking Therapy session helps your subconscious to really understand that this is not a great thing to do. And gets your conscious mind to really understand the conflicts in the mind when we suffer from this dangerous habit.

Panic Attacks

​Panic Attacks can be debilitating. And can often result in ones life becoming more insular to avoid particular situations. This of course, in extreme, can lead to conditions such as agoraphobia. Hypnotherapy tackles the anxiety levels so that we can begin to enable you to cope better and regain control.

What's involved?

With Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, we focus on the present and the future. We don’t ask you to delve into, or spend time talking over past problems. The past is the past, and there is nothing we can do to change that.

What we can do is look forward.

We ask you to consider your preferred future .......... “what would be better if the problem improved?” “What would change?” This enables your possible solutions to become more apparent and gives you a clearer pathway to tackle situations and events in a clear and confident way.

Working with Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, we look at what you want to achieve or change in your life rather than on the problem(s) that prompted you to seek change. 

The hypnosis allows you to access your subconscious mind and make changes at a subconscious level. You're always completely in control, your mind will only accept what it agrees with and the changes feel very natural because they come from you.

The aim in the sessions is for you to reach your true potential and achieve your goals in life. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is quick and effective. However, it needs commitment and participation from you to work. An MP3/Download will be provided for you to listen to in between sessions.
