Initial Consultations

50 minute Initial Consultations are provided free of charge to meet either via zoom or in person and discuss how you would like help in a friendly and confidential environment.  We will also explain exactly how hypnotherapy helps and what’s involved so you can decide whether hypnotherapy is the best course of action for you without any obligation or commitment to continue.

After the initial consultation you will have the information you need to decide if hypnotherapy is going to be suitable for you and whether you would like to go ahead with sessions, but there is absolutely no obligation to do so.  If you do, the costs are as follows

For all sessions except Smoking Cessation

Daytime appointments 10am to 5pm – £60 per session

Evening appointments 5pm onwards – £65 per session

Smoking Cessation

Smoking Cessation is a 1 off session of up to 2 hours and costs £150.

Please note that Smoking Cessations do not require an initial consultation, please tell us when you book in so we can make sure we book you 2 hours.  Smoking cessation appointments are not available in the evening.

Once we have found a suitable time and date for you to stop smoking, to confirm your appointment we will request a £60 deposit, the balance you pay to the therapist at the end of your session.

 

A Specific Fear or Phobia

Specific fears or phobias will normally take 3 to 4 sessions to resolve.

An initial consultation is required to determine whether it is a specific fear or a fear arising from general anxiety.

 

Payment

We are happy to receive payments by BACS.

Payment is made at the end of each session for the next session in advance.

Please allow 48 hours notice for cancellations, otherwise sessions are charged at their normal rate.

Terms & Conditions

Missed appointments or appointments which are rescheduled with less than 48 hrs notice are chargeable at the full fee. This is a minimum requirement to ensure fairness to other clients who may need that appointment.

Exceptions can be made for emergencies in the case of genuine sudden illness but we are unable to accommodate employers’ changes to working patterns with short notice or childcare issues or transport issues.

Appointments need to be kept to make the necessary progress with your recovery.

Most sessions are for one hour and any lateness cannot be accommodated by adding additional time to the end of the sessions due to the impact on other clients.

For all appointments we take payment a week in advance each week.
